Can I Remove a Restrictive Covenant

Depending on whether you are bound or benefit from the covenant their will be different motivations as to why one may wish to remove a covenant.

If you wish to remove a covenant it is advisable to seek the advice of counsel (a barrister) as to your likely chances of success. It is worth noting there should be a demonstrable reason as to why the covenant should be removed, planning permission for example.
